Balan Hill Glamping_ Campus Notice
1. Check In at 15:00; Check Out 11:00; Late check-out fee is $1500 per hour.
2. DIY and campus tour arrangements may be adjusted based on the weather conditions of the day.
3. The delivery time and method of meals and activities shall be in accordance with the announcement. Please make sure to redeem and participate on time. We apologize to no waiting after the schedule time.
4. For food safety, please do not bring any uncooked food including raw meat, seafood and fresh vegetables into the campus to heat up and eat.
5. It is prohibited to start fires or set off fireworks, damage nature or scenery, or engage in gambling or other behaviors that affect others or the environment within the campus (including in the tent). If facilities or equipment are damaged, compensation and cleaning fees shall be charged at the original price.
6. Smoking and chewing betel nuts are prohibited within the campus. There is also a smoking area, those who smoke in the room will be charged at the rate of the official website fee for that day.

13. Please take good care of and gently use all the facilities in the campus. If there is any damage, compensation will be made according to the price list. If you would like to purchase a new one, please refer to the price list of facilities and equipment and purchase from the service desk staff.
14. If there are any matters not covered, Balan Hill Glamping reserves the right to add, modify or interpret them.
Balan Hill Glamping__ Furry Kids Notice
1. Guests are welcome to take their furry kids together to come to Balan Hill Glamping. Please read carefully before check in, and make sure you can accept.
2. Please do not leave your furry kids alone in the tent.
3. Before entering the tent, please clean their feet and do not go on human beds. Furry kids have no habit of pee or poo at designated spots. Please use pee pads to maintain the cleanliness in the guest room and environment. If a furry kid defecates on bedding, furniture, or carpets, parents will be required to compensate according to the price list depending on the degree of damage.
4. Do not allow your furry kid to enter other tents or leave the activity area unattended. When engaging in outdoor activities, furry kids must be on leash at all time to avoid disturbing others.
5. Please be sure to clean your furry kids’ pee and poo. Please do not allow furry kids to pee and poo indoor. Please don’t blow or comb your furry kids indoor as well.
6. Please ensure the volume of your furry kids and let’s work together to maintain the quality of the campus.
7. Furry kids are not allowed to use human cups, bowls, and plates in the tent or restaurant.
8. If you want to get close to other furry kids, please ask their parents first. If there is a dispute between furry kids, please help to calm and coordinate them.
9. Pet registration and rabies prevention vaccination must be completed before entering the campus, and anti-flea and parasitic infection prevention drugs must be applied in advance.
10. Infectious diseases, illnesses, aggression, and young furry kids are not allowed to enter the campus.
11. Campus is not responsible for taking care of pets, nor does it provide pet sitting services.
12. If the furry kids cause harm to other guests or furry kid in the campus, please coordinate the follow-up matters on your own.
Reschedule the trip
Please call 3 days ago (excluding arrival day) , a specialist will assist you to reschedule it. If we do not receive your phone call before 3 days of the scheduled date, you will be charged 10% penalty. If the scheduled date is not a weekday , and you want to change the check-in date, you must call us before 7 days (excluding the check-in day) to reschedule it. If we do not receive your phone call before 7 days of the scheduled date , you will be charged 30% penalty. Special accommodation discount projects will not be rescheduled or cancelled. See the introduction of each project for details.
Instructions for cancellation of reservation.
Please call as soon as possible if you can't make a trip after the reservation is successful; As the related matters are belong to guests after the order is placed, if the travel itinerary is cancelled, the relevant cancellation fee shall be compensated according to the distance from the departure date of the cancellation date notified by the passengers, and the compensated cancellation fee shall be handled in accordance with the following provisions.
1. If the passenger cancels the reservation on the arrival day, 100% of the total price will be deducted.
(For example, if you book a trip on April 15th, 2018, and cancel your reservation on April 15th, 2018, it will not be returned. )
2. If the passenger cancels the reservation within 1 ~ 1 days (inclusive) before the arrival date, 80% of the total price will be deducted.
(For example, if you book a trip on April 15, 2018 and cancel your reservation before April 14, 2018, 20% of the deposit fee will be refunded.)
3. If the passenger cancels the reservation within 2 ~ 3 days (inclusive) before the arrival date, 70% of the total price will be deducted.
(For example, if you book a trip on April 15th, 2018 and cancel your reservation between April 12th, 2018 and April 13th, 2018, you will be refunded 30% of the deposit fee. )
4. If the passenger cancels the reservation within 4 ~ 6 days (inclusive) before the arrival date, 60% of the total price will be deducted.
(For example, if you book a trip on April 15th, 2018 and cancel your reservation between April 9th, 2018 and April 11th, 2018, 40% of the deposit fee will be refunded. )
5. If the passenger cancels the reservation within 7 ~ 9 days (inclusive) before the arrival date, 50% of the total price will be deducted.
(For example, if you book a trip on April 15th, 2018 and cancel your reservation between April 6th, 2018 and April 8th, 2018, you will be refunded 50% of the deposit fee. )
6. If the passenger cancels the reservation within 10 ~ 13 days (inclusive) before the arrival date, 30% of the total price will be deducted.
(For example, if you book a trip on April 15th, 2018 and cancel your reservation between April 2nd, 2018 and April 5th, 2018, 70% of the deposit fee will be refunded. )
7. If the passenger cancels the reservation more than 14 days before the arrival date, 0% of the total price will be deducted.
(For example, if you book a trip on April 15th, 2018, and cancel your reservation on April 1st, 2018 (inclusive), you will be refunded the full deposit. )
