【Balan Hill Glamping_ Campus Notice】

1) Check In at 15:00; Check Out 11:00; Late check-out fee is $1500 per hour.

2)  DIY and campus tour arrangements may be adjusted based on the weather conditions of the day.

3) The delivery time and method of meals and activities shall be in accordance with the announcement. Please make sure to redeem and participate on time. We apologize to no waiting after the schedule time.

4) For food safety, please do not bring any uncooked food including raw meat, seafood and fresh vegetables into the campus to heat up and eat.

5)  It is prohibited to start fires or set off fireworks, damage nature or scenery, or engage in gambling or other behaviors that affect others or the environment within the campus (including in the tent). If facilities or equipment are damaged, compensation and cleaning fees shall be charged at the original price.

6) Smoking and chewing betel nuts are prohibited within the campus. There is also a smoking area, those who smoke in the room will be charged at the rate of the official website fee for that day.

7)  Illegal activities and the use of drugs and toxins are prohibited in the campus. If guests be seen with verification, they will be reported to the police in accordance with the law.

8) Please lower the volume after 10 pm.

9)  The campus is surrounded by natural environment and coexisting with various indigenous species. Please pay attention to mosquitoes, snakes, and animals on your own.

10) Due to natural terrain factors, there may be differences in height or various road environment in the campus. Please pay attention to your own safety when visiting the campus.

11) The campus covers a wide area, so parents must accompany their children throughout the entire journey to ensure safety.

12)Please take care of your valuable items when using parking spaces. Balan Hill Glamping is not responsible for any storage or compensation.

13) Please take good care of and gently use all the facilities in the campus. If there is any damage, compensation will be made according to the price list. If you would like to purchase a new one, please refer to the price list of facilities and equipment and purchase from the service desk staff.

14）If there are any matters not covered, Balan Hill Glamping reserves the right to add, modify or interpret them.
